Green tea is less processed than either Oolong or Black Tea. Because of this, green tea retains many of its antioxidants and health benefits. Of the teas, green tea probably has the most research and scientific studies.
Many fruits and vegetables are full of antioxidants and green tea is a powerhouse in this arena. Many health care professionals recommend drinking green tea daily.
