Collection: White Tea

Tea comes from the same plants and the different teas come from the way in which they are harvested and processed.  White tea leaves and buds are picked before they are fully open and are covered in tiny white fibers that give it its name.

White tea is minimally processed and therefore, retains a high level of antioxidants. There have been several studies on white tea and its health benefits.
